Overview:

Improved them line by line as I watched, then spelling/grammar checked in Google Docs. Almost all improvements were OCR errors (François to Françoise), grammar errors (ellipsis like .. to ...), and spelling errors. I made no substantive changes. Unless I missed something, these should be good.
